How to Get Started with the Keytos Partner Center
Prerequisites for Accessing the Partner Center
Before you can access the Keytos Partner Center, you must first be accepted into the Keytos Partner Program. If you have not yet applied, please visit our application page to learn about the benefits and requirements of our partnership program, and submit an application.
🚀 Apply NowInstall the Keytos Entra ID Application
To sign you into the Keytos Partner Center, you will need to have the Keytos Entra ID application installed on your device. This application is used for authentication and access management for the Partner Center. Begin by consenting the Keytos Client App using your Global Admin account for your tenant.
📥 Install Keytos Entra IDIf you have already consented the Keytos Client App (such as if you have used a Keytos product in the past), you can skip this step and proceed to log in to the Partner Center.
Create Your Partner Center Account
After consenting the Keytos Client App, you can create your Partner Center account.

Navigate to the Keytos Partner Center at https://partner.keytos.io.

Sign in with the account you wish to use for the Partner Center.

Navigate to the Manage Partnership page and fill out the required information to create your partnership profile.

Click Become a Partner to submit your information and create your account. You should hear back shortly.
Key Terms and Definitions
| Term | Meaning |

| Notification Email | The email address where you will receive notifications about your partnership and customer deals. |
| Owners | The Entra ID users/groups that can manage your partnership profile and payment settings. These users will have full access to the Partner Center. |
| Deal Managers | The Entra ID users/groups that can create and update customer deals. These users will not be able to access partnership profile or payment settings. |
| Countries You Support | The countries where your customers are located. This information is used for tax and billing purposes. |
| Handle Customer Requests | When enabled, customers will be able to send support requests to you through the Partner Center. You will receive these requests through email. Note that disabling this option may result in a reduced revenue share percentage, as Keytos may need to step in to handle customer support on your behalf. Please reach out to your Keytos Partner Manager for more details. |
| Accept Referrals From Keytos | When enabled, Keytos may refer customers to you who are interested in Keytos solutions through a managed service provider. |
| Bill Directly To Customer | When enabled, Keytos will directly bill your customers for their subscriptions, and you will receive a revenue share from Keytos at the end of each quarter. When disabled, you will need to handle billing and invoicing for your customers on your own, and Keytos will bill you directly. Note that this must be first approved by Keytos, and will require a minimum $5,000 USD monthly spend from your customers. Please reach out to your Keytos Partner Manager for more details. |
| Donate Commission to Charity | When enabled, your revenue share from Keytos will be donated to the charity of your choice. You can select from a list of charities provided in the Partner Center. |
| Bank Name | The name of the bank where you hold your account for receiving payments from Keytos. |
| Routing Number | The routing number for your bank account. This is used to identify your bank for electronic payments. |
| Swift Key | The SWIFT code for your bank. This is used for international wire transfers. |
| Account Number | The account number for your bank account. This is used to identify your specific account for payments from Keytos. |
| Billing Address | The address associated with your bank account. This is used for tax and billing purposes. |
| Billing City | The city associated with your bank account’s billing address. |
| Billing State | The state associated with your bank account’s billing address. |
| Billing Zip Code | The zip code associated with your bank account’s billing address. |
| Billing Country | The country associated with your bank account’s billing address. |
