Within the Keytos Partner Center, you can manage your customer deals and solutions.

How to Create a New Customer Deal

A Customer Deal is a record in the Partner Center that represents a customer you are working with. It includes information about the customer’s tenant, name, and the service plans they are interested in. To create a new customer deal:

  1. Navigate to the Keytos Partner Center and sign in with your partner account.

  2. Click on the Home tab in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Under the Manage your Customer > Create New Deal section, fill out the required information about your customer.

  4. Click Register Deal to create the customer deal.

Terms and Definitions

Term Meaning
Customer Entra ID Tenant ID The Entra ID tenant ID associated with your customer’s account. This must be the tenant that will later be associated with the customer’s Keytos solutions.
Customer Name The name of your customer. This is used for your reference and does not need to match any official documentation.
Deal Managers The Entra ID users/groups that can view and manage this customer deal from your own tenant. These users will be able to create and update the deal, in addition to the Deal Managers defined at your partnership level.
Charge Customer Directly When checked, Keytos will directly bill your customer for their subscriptions and usage, and they will be responsible for paying Keytos directly. At the end of each quarter you will receive a revenue share payout from Keytos based on the customer’s spend.

When unchecked, you will be responsible for billing and invoicing your customer on your own, and Keytos will bill you directly based on your customers’ spend, minus the revenue share. Note that this must be first approved by Keytos, and will require a minimum $5,000 USD monthly spend from your customer. Please reach out to your Keytos Partner Manager for more details.
Available Plans When Charge Customer Directly is unchecked, you can select which Keytos solutions your customer may deploy from the list of available plans. This is used to prevent your customer from deploying solutions that you do not want to support or manage. Make sure to select all plans and geographies that your customer may want to deploy. This can always be updated later if needed.
