Troubleshooting
Sign-In Error: AADSTS650052
If the login page shows an error that includes AADSTS650052, your tenant has not been enabled for the application yet.
Action:
- Ask your Entra ID Global Administrator to register the application in your tenant
Sign-In Error: AADSTS28000
If the login flow shows AADSTS28000, the portal indicates there was an error retrieving your information and provides a Go Home button.
Action:
- Select Go Home.
- Start the sign-in flow again.
- If the issue continues, contact support with the full error text.
You Cannot Manage The Partnership
If Manage Partnership says you do not have permission to manage the partnership, ask an existing partnership owner to add you as an owner.
Your Partner Request Is Still Pending
If the Home page says your partner request is being reviewed, you must wait for a Keytos administrator to approve the request before creating deals. Reach out to partner@keytos.io for assistance if you have not heard back after more than 2 business days.
Deal Save Fails
Check these common issues:
- Customer tenant ID is missing or not a valid GUID
- Customer name is empty
- No deal manager has been added
Partnership Save Fails
Check these common issues:
- Notification email is invalid
- No owner has been added
- No supported country has been added
- Required banking fields are missing for direct-customer billing without charity donation
